Philippe Starck has cast his wand to Property development, namely Yoo Copenhagen, with his partnership with Property mogul John Hitchcox. The duo have created master piece after master piece all over the world. The Yoo building in Copenhagen Denmark has kept with the design aesthetic of Denmark. The design is clean, pristine, plush, and minimalistic, with a touch of Starck glamour and decadence.

The great thing about Yoo Copenhagen is the ability to personalize each space to the owners preferences. Philippe Starck and his team have created a master menu, a pattern book of four style choices, for finishes and fittings, furniture and objects, which can all be mixed and matched to work individually or in synchronization. Occupants can select from four design lines, Minimal, Classic, Culture or Nature.
